The knife with which Moash kills Jezrien is described as follows:

A strange knife, with a sapphire set into the pommel. The weapon was of a bright golden metal, so light it was almost white.[1] |

When Moash pulled the yellow-white knife free, it trailed dark smoke and left a blackened wound. The large sapphire at the pommel took on a subdued glow.[1] |

The Heralds are bound to a cycle of rebirth that happens before each Desolation. The Fused, who enlisted Moash to do their bidding, wanted to make sure that such a rebirth didn't happen this time. The knife not only killed Jezrien, but it trapped his soul so he couldn't be reborn.[2]
Notes[]
The Oathbringer interlude about Rysn mentions the King's Drop as being in an inner vault with some seemingly insignificant objects including an old knife.[3] It's possible that this knife had a sapphire pommel and is what Odium was really after there.
Mraize gives Veil a similar knife to kill Kalak.[4]
Raboniel possesses such a knife.[5]
