Steen is a small country on Roshar. It is bordered to its north/northeast by Liafor and to its west/southwest by the Aimian Sea.
Ghenna tells Lift that Steen has seen the new storm (i.e., the Everstorm), and that it was happening as the Alethi warlord (i.e., Dalinar) had said it would.[1]
