The Covad Fragment is a phonetic transcription of an ancient language. One of those in-between languages, not unlike a proto-Thaylo-Vorin glyphic radical. It isn't true Dawnchant.[1]
Urv tells Ellista that he had been translating Dawnchant, but that he got stuck on the Covad Fragment while doing so.[1]
