Old Sullik is the barkeep at All's Alley in the city of Urithiru.[1]
After serving Veil a jug of Horneater white, and having watched her down three swigs of it, he places a stopper on the jug, against Veil's wishes.

When she grabs his arm after he's pulled the jug away, and fabricates a story as to why she's there, he points her toward some everyday, ordinary thugs, indicating to her that they’re the ones he pays to keep his bar out of trouble.[1]
After she nods her thanks, taps her cup and cocks her head hopefully, the barkeep sighs and gives her one more hit of the Horneater white, which she pays for, then sips as she walks away.[1]
