Hi everyone, I dont know if I'm missing something in the plot or the wiki page is incomplete, but shouldn't Rysn be cited as the Dawnshard?
If I'm wrong could you please tell me what Rysn is now if not a Shard like Taravangian is?

Caution: spoilers ahead.
While Dalinar is travelling the world to look for allies, Kholinar is being surrounded by Voidbringer armies.
Not only did they ignore the fact that there was no communication with Kholinar. They waited a long time to work on the assessment provided by kaladin.
I feel it slightly odd that they waited a long time to take action about Kholinar. So long that they eventually lost the city and King.
Does anyone else feel the same way?
Hey guys, just wanted to complain about spoilers in the first few lines of some wiki pages. For example, I was reading Rythme of War and the name Rayse was mentioned. I wasn't sure if it was the other name of someone, so I wanted to quickly check. And after a few lines, there's one sentence that's spoils a LOT... (spoiler below)
that he was killed, by who, and during what event. All three things that were what I was really looking forward discovering reading the book...
Wouldn't it be wise to maybe keep the first part of a wiki page be about general stuff, and in a further section, detail the whole known history, with spoilers confined there??
I found Rhythm of War at the library the other day. Now my library system only lets patrons check out books for two weeks, then they can renew books as long as nobody has requested it. So I went up to one of the librarians and joking asked they could make sure nobody requested the book while I finished it. They said it doesn’t work that way. But still.
I feel like there should be an honor system where people don’t request a 1,200-page book while someone is still reading it. Honor is dead, but I’ll see what I can do. I need to read 100 pages a day to finish this beast!

How is this real
There's a sixth fabrial grouping called Heat-generating fabrials, when the page states there are five known fabrial groupings. I believe heat generating falls under altering fabrials.
I don't want to edit the post myself in case I am wrong, as I just started the series.
<p>I think I found two mistakes in the page about Knights Radiant:

1 It says that Szeth pronounced the Fourth Ideal at the end of Oathbringer, while he only swore the Third, waiting to go to Shinovar to complete the mission that will grant him the possibility to go on with the Fourth. 2 It says that the Third Ideal is different for every order, while the second part of it is indeed different for each person. "I will protect those I hate" is the same, but Kaladin says "So long as it is right" while Teft says "Even if the one I hate the most is myself".<p>I don't know if I am right, but is it possible to propose to change the article in the case? </p>

<p>It has come to my attention that, in I-14 in words of radiance, it is mentioned that Gavilar told Taravangian that he had seen visions, identical to those seen by Dalinar. He mentioned that the almighty is dead, and that a storm comes, as does Dalinar. I don't have the ability to edit the page, being unable to create an account for some reason that is likely my age, but I believe it would be unjust to not mention this.

I have no idea what "Draw lips to a line" means. Only ideas I have are through context. Maybe it means something like distress or annoyance.

<p>I'm just now cathcing up on WoR...<i>yes late to the game!</i> I am wondering whatever happened to the "glowing black orb" that the dieing King Galivar hands to Szeth? It is only mentioned once and has not reappeared in the story has it?

<p>I believe that a minor note should be added about the Devotery of Denial, mentioned in the Interlude regarding Pei in <i>Words of Radiance</i>. I noticed that it was mentioned in the article on Pei, but not in the sub-section on Devoteries in the Vorinism page.

<p>I read the Way of Kings with occasional help from the chapter summaries to go over some events or remind me of them. Those chapter summaries are exactly as the name implies; <i>summaries</i>.
</p><p>Doing the same with WOR has proven extremely frustrating as those summaries were clearly writen from the perspective of someone who has finished the book and summarises using information the reader should not yet know by that point.
</p><p>Most of them contain a line or two of actual summary followed by many paragraphs of conjecture and guessing games using knowledge of the full (released) story as a baseline.
</p><p>The chapter summary section of WOR should either be renamed or the bulk of it moved to a conjecture section.
</p><p>Example: Chapter 6 Summary, heavily implies the major plot point that occurs in Chapter 7
</p><p>"<i>Wouldn</i>’<i>t Jasnah have vetted this guy</i>? <i>Maybe she really is too exhausted by her studies, but it seems out of character for the 'Alethi spymistress to let this assassin on board her ship during such a dangerous and important mission."</i>
</p><p>I appriciate the vigor with which the contributor has applied their extensive knowledge to this section but it seriously belongs on a different part of the wiki.

<p>Doesn't it strike anyone as wierd that all members of the family are bonded to spren, apart from Adolin? Even Gavilar would have probably been bonded, were he to live.

</p><p>Hello there! I am a fan of Brandon Sanderson's and an enthusiastic Wikian in general. I have an account on the 17th Shard and some small degree of wiki experience.
</p><p>But this isn't an introduction topic. Basically, I am curious how this wiki intends to treat <i>Warbreaker</i> spoilers. As those who have read WoR will know, a pair of characters from <i>Warbreaker</i> make appearances in the text. Not insubstantial cameos, like Hoid or the Seventeenth Shard--Zahel and Nightblood have been established as important characters and aspects of the books to come.
</p><p>As I am hoping to edit and expand articles here, I am simply curious how I should go about treating these aspects of the novel. Does SA Wiki cover all relevant information concerning characters, or only what data is gleaned from Stormlight installments alone?
